Growing up in Maine, I spent many happy hours with my two younger brothers playing in the old cemetary beyond the woods near our home. It was there that I fell in love...with my first angel.

Carved from pure white marble (a pourous stone), these sentinels have stood silent guard—most for more than 100 years. Dust and dirt delivered by the constant winds of time have accumulated, breathing new life into these heavenly beings.

In my travels I've discovered these special guardians all across America—some in public places, most however, in remote locations...little known and rarely seen.

Black and white photography allows us to see more distinctly composition, nuances of detail, light and shadow—elements that evoke our emotional responses.

As a birthday, wedding, anniversary or Christmas gift, as a beautiful guardian to grace your home, or for a special person in your life, I believe your angel will be treasured.

It is my joy and honor to bring my favorite angels, in this unique collection, to those of you who know and value their sentiment.

May these angels speak to something deep within, giving you and those you choose them for the grace, peace and comfort that they have always given me.
